What we fix

What can we help with?

Reactive plumbing and heating work for homeowners — the everyday problems, and the ones that need a proper diagnosis.

  • Leaks & water problems

Dripping joints, burst pipes, tanks and overflows.

  • Toilets, taps & sanitaryware

Running, blocked, leaking or worn-out fittings.

  • Showers & bathroom plumbing

Poor pressure, leaks, valves and waste issues.

  • Radiators & heating faults

Cold spots, noise, balancing, leaks and valves.

  • Boilers & heating diagnostics

Faults, lockouts, pressure loss and error codes.

  • Hot water & cylinders

Weak, slow or no hot water; unvented cylinder work.

  • Pumps, valves & controls

    Circulation pumps, motorised valves, thermostats.

  • General plumbing repairs

Waste pipes, stopcocks, outside taps, appliance connections.

Diagnosis

Find the fault. Fix the cause.

A lot of repeat call-outs come from swapping parts and hoping. We work out what’s actually causing the problem, explain the options, and put it right.

  • Assess properly

The symptom, the system around it, and what’s really driving it.

  • Explain the options

What needs doing, what it involves, and what it costs — before we proceed.

  • Repair the cause

Not just the part that failed, so it doesn’t come straight back.

Your repair enquiry

Tell us what’s wrong

A few quick questions so we understand the problem and can come back to you with the right next step. Short and to the point — speed matters with a repair.

  • Takes under two minutes — one question at a time
  • Josh personally reviews every enquiry
  • A person gets back to you, not an auto-reply
  • Your details are never shared or sold

Step 1
Pricing

Clear pricing before the work continues.

Reactive work is priced around the job in front of us. This is how it’s structured.

  • Attendance & diagnosis

A set charge to attend, assess the problem and tell you what’s needed.

  • Labour

For the repair itself, once you’ve agreed to it.

  • Parts

Supplied as needed and itemised on your invoice.

  • Outside the usual area

Most work is within our normal Norwich and Norfolk coverage. Anything further afield we flag before booking it in.

If additional work or parts are needed once we’ve seen the problem, we explain what’s involved and agree the cost with you before continuing — nothing is added without your say-so.

Why Precision

A repair that actually holds.

  • Proper diagnosis

We find what’s causing the problem, not just the part that failed.

  • Plumbing & heating knowledge

Experienced across domestic systems — water, heating and hot water, not just one trade.

  • Clear communication

You know what we’ve found, what’s needed and what it costs.

  • Respect for your home

Work areas protected, mess kept down, cleared up afterwards.

  • Neat repairs

Tidy pipework and fittings you’d be happy to have on show.

  • Wider system expertise

We spot when a small fault is really a sign of a bigger heating or hot water issue.

What our customers say

Recent reviews from our Google Business Profile.

Wow, wow, wow! Thank you so much to Josh and the team for completely transforming my mum’s bathrooms and bringing her vision to life. From sorting out the horrendous plumbing and completely ripping out the old bathrooms and giving them a total makeover, the quality of work has been outstanding. The attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism have been second to none, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are absolutely over the moon with the end result!! They’ve completely transformed the space into something beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and hardworking team.

Jessica Swain · Google review

Josh has been working for me for some years now, he fitted me a new en-suite, a new boiler, an outside tap, a kitchen hot tap and annually services my boiler. I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is respectful of my home and always tidies up and is in my opinion trustworthy. So if your looking for a good tradesman look no further.
